I had a client last week who was in for a health check up and blood work that are standard in any Health Clinic he was with in normal values reassuring him he was about as healthy as he could be.
If his values had not been normal we would have modified his diet, exercise and sleep.
There is one thing I’ve learned recently it is that some people (myself included) have absolutely horrible diets. Its easier to make simple easy suggestions for people with horrible lifestyles that really improve their health. Patients who already have great lifestyle habits don’t have much room to improve on.
The healthy lifestyle patients get the same diseases as the unhealthy lifestyle people but they get them 10 or 20 years later on life.
