Hmmm in this case the cops probably were correct

As many of you are aware I’m a great supporter of the constitution and checks and balances in our political and legal system.  I was watching the video from the public pool party in Texas.  While the police went into the situation with their adrenaline raging any reasonable person would be afraid of being surrounded and mobbed by a large group of people.  I believe the police should have been calm and collected to start with (they were not) and the police could have pulled out a taser before a gun they didn’t but the truth is after helping tear down the University Of Iowa goal post in 1981 I wont go any where near a mob. There is incredible risk in being mobbed. I think the top officers should be put behind a desk and the entire incident should be closed.
